Welcome to our store, a store rooted in personal experience and a deep commitment to improving the lives of those affected by Chronic Venous Insufficiency (CVI) and Lymphedema. I'm Jay Cogen, the founder of Cogen Compression. At age 13 I started wearing compression stockings to control the edema caused by CVI. My mother has been wearing compression stockings for over 40 years. Her experience gave me a head start in my education in compression garments. Avoiding pain, swelling, and the ever-present risk of leg degradation became a part of my daily life at a very early age.

Compression garments are the cornerstone of effective symptom management. The requirement of wearing and maintaining these garments is an every day burden, emotionally and financially. Medical-grade compression stockings are expensive. The prices range from $65 to $185 per pair, a reality that many in our community are all too familiar with. For me, enough was enough.

I made it my mission to source high quality compression garments that I can offer to you at rock bottom prices. I do this through the power of the internet, keeping my overhead extremely low.

Our mission is simple but profound: to serve the lymphedema and vascular disease community by offering compression garments that work, without the exorbitant price tag.
